Please do what you can to limit naked short selling it has almost destroyed my favorite small biotech company
(without reason). I understand that thousands of small
companies have been bankrupted by naked short selling.
And please restore the uptick rule. Without it, hedge
funds can overwhelm small companies with short volume.
I endorse Jim Cramer's recent comments on this subject on his TV show "Mad Money".
