Dear Sirs;
Naked short selling is illegal, has always been illegal and no special order is required.
Why do you allow the brokers to ignore the Law? If the fail to deliver dates are shortened
and they must be complied with as a responsibility of the broker or a buy in would be
executed, then naked short selling would end. In fact shares should be borrowed FIRST,
before any selling transaction. Please open your eyes and see the abuse.
NAKED SHORT SELLING MUST BE STOPPED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
