Sirs ,
I'll not waste mine or your time on the benefits derived of having regulation SHO in place as regards to the activity of naked short selling of stock shares .
I'm in the process of executing the sale of the final position of mining and exploration gold and silver shares that were carefully and with expense , accumalated by me over an eleven year period to supplement my retirement.
I have watched as over time ,the value increase in these shares as will most , given careful research performed before purchasing them .
This has been marred by unexplained drops in value even when the press announcements reflect stellar reports of inground assets time after time . I'll not go into detail about Who , What , and Where . My retirement is a little further off than I first believed so, I'll continue in the work force . However , I'm a man of some means and will occupy myself with a new venture to fund . This would be to research and include myself and others into every worthwhile class action lawsuit with a vengence . Those resposible for this loss , may they be damned .
