Please enforce existing laws governing the naked short selling rampantly taking place in the markets. if necessary, pass new regulations to stop the practice of massive naked short selling in US and Canadian markets. CLOSE ANY AND ALL LOOPHOLES THAT ALLOW NAKED AND ILLEGAL SHORT SELLING.
Naked short selling will destroy any remaining investor confidence in the markets If allowed to continue. Also - vigorously pursue and prosicute those that are illegally involved in destroying shareholder value via the practice of naked short selling.
