I am writing concerning the overabundance of naked shorting going on concerning LDK Solar. It amazes me that Goldman Sachs can be long $35 puts and sell the stock on expiration and have it close at $35 and mind you, days before it was trading in the $50s. At what point does the SEC decide to look after the legitimate investor and do something about the criminal activities going on every single day?

It is time for there to be some enforcement of the law.
