To Chairman Cox and Ms. Nancy M. Morris, Securities and Exchange Commission
It's time to do the right thing to preserve the integrity of our country and its securities market. I support the Commissions proposed elimination of Regulation SHOs options market maker exception. Not to do so would put us on a bad course. We have to set a good example and be a role model for the rest of the world. Prompt action on this proposal should be a priority.
