I'm a fairly new investor. I had been investing about a year when a stock, CMKX, caught my eye. Never did I realize the wealth of information I would gain from this one little stock. It has made me aware of the manipulation that is going on in the stock market. It is your job to insure fairness in the U.S. securities markets for all citizens to be able to invest to secure their future. But what has been going on for decades in our markets has just about ruined this country financially, imo. When is the SEC going to start protecting investors? The time is NOW to step up to the plate and do your job. The investors in this country are depending on you There would be virtually no un-employment if the thousands of small start up companies that were bankrupted because of Naked Shorting had just the chance to make it. I would say 50% of them would still be here today if they were not run out of business by this practice of Naked Shorting. Our government does not allow counterfiting of our currency just as it should not allow selling someone stock in a company just out of thin air. This practice has to STOP NOW. Do your job and enforce the rules, and don't have a single rule that don't protect individual investors in the marketplace, SIMPLE ENOUGH
