I have watched the Cmkx stock from the beginning. The stock traded an unbelieveable volume but was never allowed
to progress due to what seemed to be illegal trading practices. I feel that the SEC allowed damages to the company that should never occurred. I have lost all faith
in the stock market and feel I have been wronged due to the lack of SEC enforcement on illegal trading practices.
There have been rumors about trusts that have
been set up to pay damages to stockholders of CMKX and if
these humors or true the stockholders need to be informed
as what is going on. Years of waiting for the SEC to do the right thing and step up and compensate for wrong doings
is long past due in my opinion.
