I am a CMKX shareholder.
Congressmen, Congresswomen, and SEC. I bought what I thought was legitimate stock back in 2004. I bought this stock for several reasons. The stock symbol was CMKX. I am so frustrated and upset that our government allows this type of corruption to happen. You can search and research about what happened to our stock and why it is on the REG SHO list. We among many and many other naked short shareholders were tricked. Why would anyone would want to buy into a non-legit company? I never planned on getting involved with CMKX and then get pulled and have to follow what happens legally for the protection of the shareholders. IMAGINE what would happen if there was an ad or youtube video that went out to the public that asked all shareholders to pull PHYSICAL proof that you own these shares. I own a certificate of my stock. Just imagine a demand of physical proof for peoples shares of known good companies, what chaos THAT would cause? IT would show how CORRUPT this naked short problem is. They (WALL STREET) have manipulated investors.
I want justice for our country.
