I feel you must enforce the laws eliminating NSS(counterfit shares). I feel we should go to an enforcement
of T+3 or even T+0. There was a request to call this fraud
10B-21 and we are still waiting for enforcement. Please do
this now to save the markets and future generations. I am appalled it has taken so long already.
