Dear Commissioners,

Yes, please eliminate the options market maker exception.

The option market maker alone should stand the risk of their hedge. It appears to me that some of the option market makers are instead hedging by creating wooden nickel shares, which are then sold into the market. They know that this is wrong. You should too.

Until those that ignore the rules are faced with jail time, return of bounty, and fines, they will continue to steal from the small investor.

Please clean up this fail to deliver mess.

Please eliminate the loopholes.

Please enfores those rule on the books.

Thank you,

Karl Schreiber
