The OMM exception was born as a way for the demand and supply forces of the market to be in balance. It is quite evident that this balance has been broken by the same rule that tried to give markets stability. The SEC needs to step in and slowly earn the average Joe's confidence and trust back, by first eliminating the Options Market Maker exemption and close out all FTDs (Fail To Delivers).
You should do this for your country and so we can regain foreign investment. Our markets are dirty and unbalanced, the stench can be smelled from very far away...
