I am a small investor that has lost so much because of the abuses of the investment banks. You are suppose to be watching out for things but something in my heart tells me you are watching out for the investment banks and not the american people. The investment banks have lost so much money due to the mortgage crisis in the homes and here comes the commercial soon...so the have to recoup their loses and how are they doing it buy shorting the market and making outrageous calls on the price of oil. Now, if you would reverse the uptick rule that might not helpt those investment banks that must be in your back pocket. If you were to follow the paper trail in the oil traders and of course the naked shorts you might e able to put people in jail for failure to deliver...the only thing you have delivered in my mind is more money for the investment banks to recoup their loses in the mortgage arena and letting the little investor get killed on their retirement accounts. I don't know how you guys sleep at night. All of this could have been prevented had you lived up to what you are suppose to be and that is a regulatory agency...what are regulating besides the books of the investment banks?
Just look what has happened to america under the direction of this Cox man...shame on you all for ruining millions of peoples lives instead of just a few investment banks.
