Dear Chairman Cox
You will not remember me from the time of your being named by President Bush to serve as SEC Chairman. I did write to you to voice my support on your nomination.
The time has come for you to support the investors of this country and to step up and support the repeal of the phase II of the shorting provisions of REG SHO. We need you now and America needs you as well.
