Counterfeiting, Fail To Deliver, Naked Short Selling is close to ruining the whole US finantial system. The answer is very simple. Settle the trades throughout the whole system from the small cap companies to the largest. Enforce the T + 3 law that is already in place.
Find out which terrorists are doing this and treat them as if treason is committed because it is.
We were warned after 9/11 that our finantial system would be attacked. Every Large and Small company run out of business cost the govt tax dollars and people their jobs.
