A share price resulting from natural supply and demand will prevent shareholders from investing in these "pump and dump" penny stock as supply and demand moves the share price upward causing the shares to become less attractive to investors. In other words the market does not need NSS for the sake of "liquidity" to prevent bubbles. Bubbles are good as they prevent investors from investing in a stock who's share price has been manipulated upwards.
