Naked share shorting IS illegal.
Share shorting and Naked share shorting are confusing
topic(s) for you at the SEC.
One is legal, the other "Naked share shorting" is NOT.
IT IS COUNTERFEITING no different then me printing off $20.00 or $50.00 dollar bills from my own computer... only difference is I don't get Government/Hedgefund/Marketmaker backing if I'm caught
What will it take for you at the SEC to get it right...???
REG SHO is a joke. How deep does this problem go?... under what title do you/government hide its $$$,$$$,$$$,$$$.00... cost to the American People ... "We The People". Lost jobs, lost companies and lost lively hoods.
I must believe that your ability to sleep well at night is enhanced with your clear ability to keep your collective heads buried deep in the sand... the sand being the "bought paid for media" that keeps this stuff suppressed from the news or twisted to untruthful content.
I know you have to hide this hideous treason that you have allowed to metastasis to an out of control financial chaotic tumor ... because if the Average Joe Jone of the USA knew of this... I.. I can't imagine what might happen.
