Dear Sir/Madame: The problem of naked short selling is endemic and is threatening investor confidence and the very
foundation of the markets. The SEC has been has had years to act but has not. Credibility in the regulatory system is wearing very thin. To act on stopping short selling on the very financial institutions that have been involved in naked
short selling, at the implied exclusion of the rest of the market, does not help. Also, "grandfathering" previous naked short sellers did not help investor confidence.
Please act in all fairness to preserve whatever integrity is left in the system.
