Persistant failures to deliver and settle trades must end immediately. This is clearly a violation of common fair dealing, let alone a violation of the law. Double, no triple shame on the SEC for allowing well-connected Wall Street crooks to fleece the American public. In my view, the SEC in general is beyond contempt in particular Annette Nazareth belongs in jail for facilitating fraud.
