It's clear that the naked shorts have been manipulating stock prices, damaging small companies, and ripping off investors for years while the SEC carries their water. Too many people now see that you are ineffective and probably a party to the manipulation.
It's time to put a stop to this and your proposal for regulation SHO isn't nearly enough. Naked shorting is illegal. It's time to start arresting the perp's.
