Dear Sirs,

I am an individual investor who once believed I was using a system of investment free from fraudulent activity. I have since been educated on the subject of naked shorting. Your effort to stop this activity seems to be very selective at best. I call upon the SEC as a United States Citizen to enforce the law, not just for the benefit of 19 of the largest money center banks, but on all issues of all exchanges. Entities from across the globe invest in the US markets because they believe it is a well regulated system, free from fraud. If the type of activity occurring today is allowed to continue, we will find fewer and fewer investing in America.
