Sir:
I want to go on record as expressing my deep disgust at the failure of the SEC to enforce rules ALREADY in place regarding the illegality of naked short selling.
I am invested in Junior and Exploration gold mining companies. I see these companies coming out with very favorable exploration news and I see their prices going down, down and down. This in the face of dramatically rising gold prices. Something is greatly amiss. It can only be explained by short sellers intenting to illegally drive down the price of these various companies for various reasons.
Please rise up to your responsibility in this matter. More and more people are getting quite fed up, in my opinion.
