Why have you not done your job regarding ILLEGAL NAKED SHORTS?????
This rule has been on the books for a long time and you have failed to enforce the rules.... If you can't do your job right please remove yourself from office ASAP and let a REAL person do the job correctly....
You have destroy many companies with your lousy look the other way (which is a pay off to you from the crooks)))))..
