When the landing gear on an airplace fails and it crashes, the response isn't to eliminate all airplane travel. I'm all for making sure that the landing gear for all planes meet any and all safety requirements, but to eliminate the entire airplane industry doesn't seem like a very smart approach.

I'm fully in support of eliminating "pay to play" situations, but eliminating the entire third party marketing industry seems like the wrong approach.

It's the easy approach, but that doesn't mean it's the right approach.
