Please be advised that I am a retired NYC Detective. Upon retirement I established my one person consulting firm.
As such, I specialize in third party marketing by attending conferences and representing clients.
In law ernforcement we always, by evidence,prosecute the guilty. We do not lock EVERYONE UP and then let the innocent prove themselves.
The proposed legislation that would restrict any third party marketers from approaching any municipality is totally unfair and would be paramount to assuming all are guilty until proven innocent.
Many of the third party marketers are one to five person operations. Its usually the so called BIG GUYS who engage in pay to play games.
