I am privileged to comment on the proposed rule changes. As a faith-based investor, I believe that filing resolutions has a very positive impact on corporations and I do not wish to see that changed in the proposed rules. I deem it very important that shareholders have various avenues of communication with corporations and filing resolutions has enabled corporations to address many issues as seen from the shareholder perspective and not that of executives. It has been my experience that for the most part corporations grow from the challenges of the proposal and working together creates a network of honesty, transparency and yes, profitability.
