As a concerned investor I am alarmed to hear the SEC is considering proposals to restrict or eliminate the ability of shareholders to make their concerns known to management.

The current system allowing shareholders to make resolutions leads companies to be more responsible and improve their performance.

I oppose the prohibition on nominations of directors in the first proposal and the 5% threshold in the second.
