I have been in the financial services industry for a little over 10 years and I am writing to voice support for the transparency of fees on mutual funds that is being proposed in File Number S7-15-10. However, I am concerned with cost based competition between b/ds. I am able to provide all my clients with good service under the current cost structures, but reducing or eliminating my compensation in a b/d price war would only hurt the middle and lower income individual investors who really need attention and support. This would reserve service for only the elite investor. I appreciate your consideration on this matter. Thank you.
