I am more and more concerned with the so called "reform". There are more than enough disclosures, suitability and transparency procedures in place.
I worry that polictical pressures are forcing legislation for legistlation sake.
Unfortunately clients don''t read the hundreds of pages of discloures and regulations we already have.
