I am opposed to the new legislation under file number S7-15-10. I feel it has contradictory wording in it that would be harmful to the middle class investor, by allowing Broker Dealers to determine their own commissions and limiting Registered Compensation will make it difficult to provide the service to that investor class. Thank you.
