I fully oppose the SEC allowing a new share class at NAV allowing broker/dealers to set their own commission amount and sales charges. I truly believe this will not promote competition as intended but hurt the lower to middle class market and perhaps force them out of the market totally which would be the exact opposite of what we as registered reps want to see happen.
Please take this under consideration when voting on File Number S7-15-10
