As a veteran financial advisor that cares deeply about my ability to serve ALL of my clients with integrity and honesty, I respectfully demand that the SEC permanently grandfather the existing C share class of mutual funds in its current structure. The current proposal to alter the structure will inevitably force me, and most other, financial advisors, to abandon certain clients in an effort for our practices to survive financially. I wish to avoid this at all costs, as I feel every one of my clients deserves my very best efforts now, and for many years into the future. The proposal's intention is to help the investor, yet all it will do is hurt the majority of investors. Please be smart, and think about the broad negative implications (in the real world) for investors of this proposal.
