Dear Chairman Schapiro,
I'm very concerned about efforts by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to pressure you to rewrite the U.S. proxy system. I DON'T WANT corporations to have great control over proxy voting by shareholders.
Please consider the interests of shareholders before making any changes to the existing system.
