I oppose the adoption of proposed rule151a by the SEC.
Equity Indexed Annuities are not about offering securities
which have no guarantees (see "risk tolerance"), but
an opportunity for an individual to have some guaranteed
growth with the POSSIBILITY in the NON guarantees of say
SP.
