Please, Please, bring the oversight of this product under the control and registration of the SEC and FINRA. 23 years in this businness has given me enough experiences with the poor education, lack of knowledge, shadey sales practices of both the agents and the insurance companies and the financial harm it has done to so many people that this is WAY past time to get this treated as a security. This product is very complicated, the underlaying instrument is in fact the stock market indies, how can these agents that have no knowledge of the underlaying machanics of this product possibly understand it let alone explain it Please for the protection of the public, make those who chose to sale this product become properly trained and regulated by the SEC and FINRA
