This is unfair to consumers and insurance agents...the broker dealer registered rep. is not in the proper relationship of consultation with the client to know the clients insurance and estate needs...he sells investments...and will do a disservice to the client. The Client will not have the performance and value in his annuity income planning and insurance and will be left with fewer options and service.....index products are no more investment than fixed interest products. A power play by wall street broker dealers who have more influence with and know those outside the business will not realize this.
