I truly believe that after 50 years in the Insurance Business, the State Departments of Insurance are more capable to handle this. I do not agree that the Federal Government needs to assume more control over state rights than they already are doing.
This move will put many thousands of agents out of business and in today's economy, putting people out of work should not be the job of the Federal Government.
If you have any complaints, direct them to the proper State Department of Insurance.
