I am a CSA who works with primarily seniors and use fixed index annuities to protect their assets from the stock market. I have had several clients call me and thank me for helping them to protect their money, especially with the recent downturn in the market.
I am against the proposed amendment as the insurance industry has strict regulations as far as suitability to protect the clients.
