Re: Equity Indexed Annuity Rule
As an independent Registered Investment Advisor firm, we support the rule as a means of helping to curb abusive sales practices, particularly aggressive and misleading sales tactics targeting the elderly.
We see these sold as “have your cake and eat it too” and people buying these products do not really understand the benefits, the costs or how the policies really work.
