The ideal that a Fixed index annuity be a security product can only end with the increase in cost to our client's in the long run. The simplicity and safty of the product speaks for it's self. Having all gains locked in, give the client the knowledge that their money is safe and not at risk. Leaving the FIA'S under the insurance rules keeps an unnecessary layers of regulation from being forced on the industry and not to the improvement or benifit to the client.
