This is one of the big problems- businesses like this that are all about sales volume. That is okay for dental products oro widgets, but this money is all some people have saved for retirement.

Starting next week we will be updating the Top 150 so everyone knows where they stand, we also want to recognize some of the big movers of the week.
What an 8 week run by the Top 4 –
Bwana, Boggins, Birdman, and TaxPlnr all 4 of these producers annualized pace is over $20 million – Unbelievable
This week I also want to recognize Ca$hflow who wasn't ranked in the Top 50 the week before and put up a huge week moving into the #8 spot.
We also welcome Frank and Cajun to the Top 20, as each of them made a nice move this week.
Final note, thanks so much for your hard work. Take notice you are part of an organization that has 50 producers on pace to go over $6 million annually.

Hot off the press --- the SEC has reopened the comment period on proposed rule 151A for another 30 days (article attached)
So what does this mean for you?
If your business involves indexed annuities, this means a number of things:
Time
Money
Government oversight
Compliance
Product Selection
Customer Service
All of the above and then more
SEC Proposal 151A will have an impact on your business Jim, you need to do something about it Dont rely on just the insurance companies or just your state representatives in Washington, DC to do something without your help
Advisors Excel flew out to Washington, DC 2 weeks ago to do our part. We met with every person of influence from the state of Kansas and informed them of the impact this proposal would have. From that meeting we took away 2 big things – (1) Your political representatives are grossly unaware of this ruling and its far-reaching effects and (2) Your political representatives do read your letters and do listen to their constituents.
As a matter of fact, 18 members of Congress who are informed of this proposal have already written to the SEC in opposition (article attached) But thats not good enough...
