Chair Cox:

Greetings,

I'm writting this note in opposition to 151a. Once again it looks as though my goverment is considering passing a regulation that pertains to the lowest common denominator. I would however support laws and regulations the impose greater and meaningfull punishments to those who are not ethical. If 151A were adopted I feel it would punish the consumer as well as the industry. How about enforcing existing law with much harsher penalties (jail time) for those who violate the consumers trust and self interest.

Sincerely,

Richard
