Subject: F7-14-08 Protest to SEC Proposed Regultion 151A

October 6, 2008

Dear Sir/Chairman Cox,
During this market crisis, I suggest not to change any rule to harm more inocent citizen. If such good product(Fixed-Indexed Annuities) become under the regulation of SEC. The owners of Fixed-Index Annuity will confuse and fear that such annuity has the risks associated with other investment under the jurisdiction of the SEC since they get hurt by some of non-ethical broker in the past. Fixed-Indexed Annuities allow the owners to choose fixed interest rate strategies each year. There is no principal lost risk in the product. I hope this can help SEC to re-consider the Rule of 151A. Thank-you and God Bless,
Amy Chin
