More regulation, what a joke Index annuity are safe and allow the owner to participate in gains....but wait...this means Wall Street can't generate their fees year after year if this money is safely tucked away in a fixed annuity. SEC your bias is very transparent. You could give a rat's a about the public, it's all about protecting broker's fees.
