To whom it may concern:
I feel that this proposal will have adverse effects on the industry I have chosen to pursue a career in, not to mention many folks I personally know that will have to "re-think" their careers.
I feel that the proper amount of time for review, both public and private, has not been provided and at the very least, more time should be given because the 9/10/2008 cutoff date is too short of a review period.
Upon reviewing the legislation, I feel that the verbiage used is ambiguous at best.
I hope that everyone involved in this process knows that they are changing people's lives, and not for the better.
Please allow for more time to review the proposal.
