file no. s-7-14-08...stop it already with this proposed change in fixed annuities etc...absolutely ridiculous idea to have these products treated like a security....actually find it hard to believe it has come this far...you know the insurance companies will file lawsuits (based on merit) which is just going to cost alot of money to fight..s.e.c needs to deal with stocks and mutual funds and stay away from the insurance industry....they are doing a great job...danny k. roy
