It would not be in the best interest of the comsumer to place SEC restrictions on Indexed Annuities.

This would greatly limit the availability of Indexed Annuities to most consumers.

Inedexed Annuities are FIXED Annuities that carry guarantees just like Life Insurance products. They do not need to be subject to SEC regulations.

Each state already had full disclosure procedures and suitablility forms are in place that are much like regulated products. This makes sure that sales to consumers are always in their best interest.

Many, if not all major indexed annuity carriers conduct suitability reviews of all sales in all states now.

There is no need for the SEC to regulate Indexed Annuities.

Thank you,
