as you may know nflation is the problem for the seniors over the long run when having afixed income. thus the index election may overcome this over the long run. As you may also know all pension plans must have a lifetime option election as well. Now these people may not outlive their resouces and become a bujrden on the Government and state. I agree with all of your statements. You've done a fine job in letting the public comment on these important subjects. the SEC is a great agency. Chris Cox knows me very well as I visited his Newport Beacj office many times. He ia a fine person and well educated. I have more than 50 years of experince in the life ins. bus. with a CLU degree 1965-1970.
