Eia's are not securities. It is a way for me to participate without the risk. You want us to be in the market that is all this ruling is saying. You know that traditional annuities are very limited. If there is a chance to increase potential earnings without having the anciety of hoping you do not lose all your moncey then how can this hurt us. What you are saying in this ruling is that in order to increase earnings then we have to be in the stock market. You just want everyone to be in the market. This is hog wash you are just promoting your own agenda.
