My livelihood and business as a licensed independent insurance agent may be greatly inpacted by a propsed rule 151A.
If this rule is adopted it will not provide the consumer any more protections than is currently provided by state insurance regulations and would in fact undermine many state initiatives concerning sale practices.
I am only asking for an extension for the comment period so you can continue to gather information and receive comments from individuals like myself in order for you to see the complete inpact this unnecessary rule would cause.
